These coaching norms work as guidelines for teachers and students to maintain discipline in the institution.

Student Coaching Norms

Attendance

Students must attend all classes regularly.
Absences require prior permission; only emergencies will be accepted.
Continuous absence without any valid reasons may lead to disciplinary action by the Institute.

Classroom Discipline

Students are advised to be respectful towards teachers and maintain the decorum of the class.
Any kind of cheating, bullying and destructive behaviour may lead to immediate action.
Phones are not allowed in classrooms.

Fee Payment Rules

The fee must be paid in advance by the 5th of every month.
A fine of ₹25 per day will be imposed on late fee submitters.
Fees are non-refundable.

Study Materials and Assignments

Study Materials provided by MMCI are only for personal use. They should not be shared or reproduced.
Assignments and homework must be completed and submitted before the deadline.

Examinations and Tests

Regular tests and mock exams are mandatory for all students.
Missing a test without prior approval may affect internal assessments.

Terms of Termination

Any student failing to meet the norms set by the institution will be expelled by the management.

Teacher Coaching Norms

Punctuality

Teachers must report 15 minutes before their scheduled classes.
Any delay and leaving without prior notice may lead to deductions and penalties.

Lesson Plans

Teachers are required to follow the institute's curriculum and syllabus must be completed within the time.
Teachers are required to submit weekly plans in advance.

Feedback System

Teachers must provide regular feedback to both parents and students and suggest areas of improvement.
Teachers are also required to attend monthly meetings to discuss the academic records of students.

Leave Policy

All leaves must be applied in 3 days in advance. Only emergencies will be accepted
Excessive leaves may lead to salary deductions

Ethical Behaviour

Teachers must maintain professional boundaries between students and parents.
Sharing personal contact information with students is prohibited.
Misuse of the resources provided by the institution will lead to strict action.

A teacher violating ethics standards set by the institution will face immediate termination.

The coaching institute will operate between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The institute will operate from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Both teachers and students are advised to attend their classes on time.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

Students and staff are required to keep the premises clean and maintained. Any property damaged will be compensated for by the responsible individual.

Safety Measures

Emergency exits and fire safety instructions are a must to follow for students and staff.

Health Management

Any student facing a health challenge must report it to the management.
